Nation Building

From policy reforms to people's movements, from politics to elections, I have had my fair share of experiences over the years navigating through challenging situations. Particularly during the India Against Corruption movement and Aam Aadmi Party days. These are important parts of the history of independent India where millions of common people had poured their hopes and dreams into. Whilst the intended outcome wasn't achieved, I felt the need to chronicle the journey, to bring to light what really happened in the end. What became of the IAC movement? How things changed inside AAP? And why we never got to the place we intended. I have shared an e-copy of my book for those who wish to learn how things transpired between 2010 and 2015.

After stepping down from active politics, I continued to work on building the nation in different ways including helping the poor seek medical treatment. We help the poor and economically weaker patients in urban areas to avail medical treatment under various state and central government schemes through a division within our Trust called "Nation First".

Beyond direct assistance, Nation First also works closely with government bodies to identify gaps and limitations in these schemes, recommending reforms that enhance their effectiveness. By introducing technology-driven interventions, strengthening accountability, and ensuring transparency, we aim to make every rupee of public welfare spending deliver maximum benefit to those who need it most.
